Accreditations, Certifications and Industry Recognition
Accreditation is a condition of tendering in Singapore’s facility services market and a measure of how we run our business. Primech Holdings, Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen hold the quality, environmental and workplace safety certifications set out below, and the Group’s work has been recognised by industry and technology awards.
Management System Certifications
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management. Primech Holdings, Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen (Guardian Independent Certification Pte Ltd, valid to 14 December 2026).
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management. Primech Holdings, Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen (Guardian Independent Certification Pte Ltd, valid to 14 December 2026).
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety. Primech Holdings, Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen (Guardian Independent Certification Pte Ltd, valid to 14 December 2026).
- bizSAFE Star. The highest accreditation under Singapore’s bizSAFE programme, held by Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen (Workplace Safety and Health Council).
- Environmental Management Association of Singapore. Primech A&P is an ordinary member (to April 2027).
Licences and Registrations
- NEA Cleaning Business Licence. Primech A&P holds a Class 1 licence under the revised Cleaning Business Licensing framework, valid to 22 May 2028.
- BCA Contractors Registry. Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen hold the L6 grade under workhead FM02 (housekeeping, cleansing, desilting and conservancy), the highest grade, qualifying them for public tenders of unlimited value. Primech A&P also holds an M4 grade under workhead FM01 (facilities management).
- Clean Mark Gold Award. Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen were repeat recipients of the National Environment Agency’s Clean Mark Gold Award, the highest tier of the Enhanced Clean Mark Accreditation Scheme, until the scheme was retired on 1 January 2024.
Awards and Recognition
- LowCarbonSG Gold Leader, 2026. Primech A&P attained the highest of the programme’s three recognition tiers (October 2026) after an approximately 17.5% year-on-year reduction in combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions.
- TechRadar Pro Picks Award, CES 2026. HYTRON was named a winner at CES 2026 in Las Vegas (January 2026).
- Singapore Business Review Technology Excellence Awards 2025. Primech AI won the Robotics category.
- Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards. Primech A&P was a finalist in the LowCarbonSG category.
- LOO Awards 2024. Primech A&P received the Best Market Award for Beo Crescent Market & Food Centre from the Restroom Association (Singapore), and six cleaning associates were honoured individually.
- ASEAN Public Toilet Award. Recognition for Primech A&P’s management of Newton Food Centre.
