Primech A&P: Integrated Facility Services
Primech A&P Pte. Ltd. is the Group’s principal operating company and the source of most of its revenue. Formed in 2020 through the amalgamation of A&P Maintenance and Primech Services & Engrg, two businesses with more than 30 years of operating history each, Primech A&P delivers cleaning, housekeeping, specialised cleaning, waste management, pest control and stewarding services across Singapore.
Services
- General cleaning and maintenance of public and private facilities, including an aviation hub, conservancy areas, hotels, educational institutions, integrated public areas, residential estates, offices, industrial sites, retail and healthcare facilities
- Housekeeping and specialised cleaning: marble polishing, building façade cleaning and cleanroom sanitation
- Waste management and pest control
- Stewarding, customer service officers and F&B service crew for healthcare facilities, hotels and restaurants
- Deployment of more than 100 autonomous floor-care and cleaning robots, alongside HYTRON, within service contracts

- NEA Class 1 cleaning business licence (valid to 22 May 2028)
- BCA L6 grade under FM02 and M4 grade under FM01
- Repeat Clean Mark Gold Award recipient; LOO Awards 2024 Best Market Award; ASEAN Public Toilet Award; 2026 LowCarbonSG Gold Leader recognition; Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards finalist (LowCarbonSG)
- Owns My All Services, the Group’s Malaysian subsidiary
Recent Contract Awards
Primech A&P secured approximately US$144 million of contract awards and renewals announced between February and September 2026, including a US$5.78 million three-year integrated facility services contract announced in September 2026. The Group’s contracted revenue backlog was US$177.7 million at 31 March 2026. Announcements are listed under Facility Services in our newsroom.
