About Primech
Technology, Innovation and Environmental Responsibility
Primech was founded on the idea that mechanisation and data can raise the productivity, safety and sustainability of facility services. Today that idea runs from autonomous floor scrubbers on our contract sites to HYTRON, the autonomous restroom-cleaning robot built by Primech AI, and Primech Vision, the platform that coordinates robots and people on one screen.
Innovation Roadmap
- Autonomous Equipment on Site. Autonomous floor-scrubbing robots with real-time monitoring and self-docking are deployed within our facility services contracts, consistent with Singapore’s Environmental Services Industry Transformation Map.
- HYTRON. Primech AI’s fully autonomous restroom-cleaning robot scrubs, disinfects, rinses and dries toilet bowls, squat toilets, urinals, wash basins, countertops, mirrors and floors, navigates between zones, docks, refills and drains itself, and achieved more than 99.9% bacterial reduction in independent testing in September 2025. HYTRON received NEA approval under the Environmental Services Productivity Solutions Grant in November 2025 and was named a TechRadar Pro Picks winner at CES 2026.
- HYTRON LITE. A compact variant launched in March 2025 for narrow spaces and faster cycle times.
- Primech Vision. Unveiled in October 2026, Primech Vision integrates delivery, reception and cleaning robots, HYTRON and the facility workforce on a single platform that converts facility issues into tasks and assigns them to robots or people. Live customer demonstrations began in October 2026.
- Partners and Programmes. Primech AI is a member of the NVIDIA Inception programme (January 2025) and the GEAR Community Access Programme for robotics and built-environment technologies (February 2025), and expanded HYTRON manufacturing through a production partnership in Thailand (November 2025).
- Digital Services. The HomeHelpy platform brings on-demand booking to home and office cleaning, with more than 1,500 registered members at March 2026.

Environmental Management
Our environmental impacts are managed by the Group’s Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety team under an ISO 14001:2015 certified environmental management system. Measures in place across our services include:
- Air Quality and Noise. Cleaning and disinfection operations generate no process emissions; company vehicles and machinery are inspected and maintained for emissions compliance.
- Waste and Recyclables. Waste is segregated into general waste, toxic waste and recyclables and collected by licensed collectors.
- Energy. Energy-efficient equipment, LED lighting and high-efficiency air conditioning are preferred in procurement.
- Water. Water use is minimised and reused where possible at contract sites, with wastewater disposed of at designated points.
- Low-Carbon Operations. Primech A&P earned 2026 LowCarbonSG Gold Leader recognition, the highest of the programme’s three tiers, after cutting combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions by about 17.5% year on year (Scope 1 down 31.7%, Scope 2 down 8.8%). It was previously a finalist in the LowCarbonSG category of the Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards. The Group is also a member of a consortium that has installed EV charging points in approximately 150 public car parks in Singapore.
People and Skills
All cleaners employed for three months or more at Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen are trained in at least one workplace safety and health module and two core modules endorsed by the Tripartite Cluster of Cleaners under the Environmental Cleaning WSQ framework. In 2019 Primech A&P formed a Company Training Committee with BATU, e2i and NTUC LearningHub to prepare employees for new technology and business models, and the HomeHelpy Training Center replicates a typical home so staff can hone their skills before serving customers.
