Autonomous Cleaning
Scrubs, Disinfects, Rinses and Dries Every Restroom Fixture
HYTRON combines AI perception with a six-axis arm to clean the hardest space in any building. Electrolysed-water jetting, an ozone-enhanced cleaning process and wet and dry functions scrub, disinfect, rinse and dry toilet bowls, squat toilets, urinals, wash basins, countertops, mirrors and floors, about 40 fixtures per charge. In independent laboratory surface-swab testing in September 2025, bacterial counts fell from 12,000 to fewer than 10 CFU per swab, a reduction of more than 99.9 percent.
Autonomous Navigation
Navigates Zones and Floors, Docks and Refills Itself
SLAM navigation on NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX computing, with obstacle avoidance, takes HYTRON between cubicles, restrooms and floors; it docks itself, cleans about 40 fixtures on a four-hour charge, recharges in about two hours and refills and drains its own water automatically, so it keeps working through extended shifts with minimal supervision. Primech AI, the group’s 51 percent-owned robotics subsidiary, holds two pending patents on the platform.
Facility Integration
Connects to Building, Cleaning-Management and IoT Systems
HYTRON integrates with building management systems, cleaning management systems and IoT frameworks, giving facility managers real-time insight into battery, water and detergent levels and usage patterns. Schedule tasks, track progress and free human teams for value-added work.

Commercial Deployments
A three-year lease at a high-traffic Singapore public-sector site, a two-year deployment at a major Singapore shopping mall, HYTRON LITE at one of Singapore’s largest hospitals, a 12-month MOE and MDDI school pilot at Dunman High School, and a partnership with CBM to deploy across Singapore facilities. HYTRON is listed as supportable equipment under NEA’s Productivity Solutions Grant, which co-funds up to 50% of the qualifying cost for eligible Singapore businesses.
International Expansion
A South Korea distribution agreement expected to generate about US$4.08M, market entry in the United States with SelectUSA Tech selection and the Aramark Facilities Innovation Forum, a CES 2026 debut with a TechRadar Pro Picks award, an MOU with Savills for Greater China and a 200-unit fleet commitment for Hong Kong and Macau through Swan Hygiene Solutions, a Savills subsidiary, a partnership with TCOrobotics for Europe, deployments in Hong Kong and Macau, and mass production since the second quarter of 2026.
HYTRON has been commercially deployed in Singapore, with international expansion under way, including a distribution agreement in South Korea and market-entry activities in the United States.
