Integrated Facility Services, Stewarding and Cleaning Robotics
Primech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: PMEC) is an established, technology-driven facility services provider to public and private sector customers in Singapore. In the fiscal year ended 31 March 2026 the Group generated US$78.0 million of revenue, 99.7% of it from recurring facility-services contracts, and employed 3,117 people at 30 June 2026. Our name is a contraction of Prime and Mechanization: using technology to supplement and strengthen the services we deliver.
Our Service Lines
The Group operates through five service lines, each delivered by a dedicated subsidiary.
- Facility Services (82.0% of FY2026 revenue). General cleaning and maintenance of public and private facilities including an aviation hub, conservancy areas, hotel common areas, educational institutions, integrated public areas, residential estates, offices, industrial sites, retail stores and healthcare facilities; housekeeping; specialised cleaning such as marble polishing, building façade cleaning and cleanroom sanitation; waste management and pest control.
- Stewarding Services (8.0%). Cleaning of kitchen facilities in healthcare institutions, hotels and restaurants, and the supply of customer service officers and F&B service crew.
- Office Cleaning (9.7%). Contracted cleaning services for commercial offices.
- Home Cleaning. On-demand home and office cleaning booked through the HomeHelpy application.
- Cleaning Supplies. Cleaning chemicals manufactured by CSG Industries and distributed by Princeston International for our own use and for sale to third parties.
- Cleaning Robots. Designed, developed and manufactured by Primech AI for our own deployments and for sale or lease to third parties, with robot leasing commencing in FY2026.
Who We Serve
Our customer base spans both sectors of the Singapore economy. Notable projects include services to a major Asian aviation hub, a Singapore multinational bank, Temasek Polytechnic and Nanyang Technological University. The Group manages more than 500 active contracts with a retention rate above 95%. Service contracts typically run for two to four years with renewal options, and our diversified customer mix means no single customer dominates revenue. Contracted revenue backlog stood at US$177.7 million (S$228.7 million) at 31 March 2026.

- Track Record and Accreditation. Primech A&P was amalgamated from A&P Maintenance and Primech Services & Engrg, businesses operating for more than 30 years. Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen hold the L6 grade (the highest) under the BCA FM02 workhead for housekeeping, cleansing, desilting and conservancy services, qualifying them to tender for public projects of unlimited value, and Primech A&P holds an M4 grade under the FM01 facilities management workhead.
- One Provider, a Bundle of Services. Cleaning, waste management, pest control and customer services from a single, centralised contractor.
- A Trained, Self-Delivered Workforce. The majority of services are performed by Group employees rather than sub-contractors. Cleaners, team leaders and supervisors are trained under the Environmental Cleaning Workforce Skills Qualification framework, and HomeHelpy staff train in a dedicated training centre.
- Experienced Management. Most of the senior management team have been with Group subsidiaries for more than 18 years, supporting competitive tendering and disciplined cost estimation.
Technology in Our Operations
We align our operations with Singapore’s Environmental Services Industry Transformation Map. Initiatives in use today include more than 100 autonomous floor-care and cleaning robots deployed within our contracts, with real-time monitoring and self-docking, the HomeHelpy booking platform, a consortium that has installed EV charging points in approximately 150 public car parks, and HYTRON, the autonomous restroom-cleaning robot developed by Primech AI.
