Primech Holdings Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore on 29 December 2020 as the holding company for a group of facility services businesses that had each been operating for decades. The Company listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market on 12 October 2023 under the ticker PMEC and is headquartered at Siemens Centre, 60 MacPherson Road, Singapore.
Group Structure
Primech Holdings owns 100% of Primech A&P, Maint-Kleen, HomeHelpy, Princeston International, Primech AI Holdings, Primech Hong Kong and Primech USA Inc., 80% of CSG Industries and 51% of Primech AI Investments Ltd. (BVI), through which it holds an effective 51% interest in Primech AI Pte. Ltd., the developer of HYTRON. Primech A&P owns My All Services, our Malaysian subsidiary. Milestones
- 2018. Sapphire Universe acquires Primech Services & Engrg, A&P Maintenance and Acteef Cleaning, each with roughly 30 years of operating history.
- 2019. Primech Services & Engrg acquires My All Services in Malaysia. The HomeHelpy application launches.
- 2020. Maint-Kleen joins the Group. Primech Services & Engrg and A&P Maintenance win the Clean Mark Gold Award for the first time and amalgamate to form Primech A&P. The QEHS management system is re-certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Primech Holdings is incorporated on 29 December.
- 2021. Acquisition of CSG Industries and Princeston International. Group restructuring completed on 22 November.
- 2023. Initial public offering of 3,050,000 ordinary shares completed on 12 October; shares begin trading on Nasdaq as PMEC.
- 2024. Primech AI launches as the Group’s robotics subsidiary, focused on autonomous cleaning technology.
- 2025. Primech USA Inc. is incorporated in September to serve institutional demand for intelligent automated cleaning in North America. HYTRON records more than 99.9% bacterial reduction in independent laboratory testing and is listed as supportable equipment under NEA’s Productivity Solutions Grant.
- 2026. HYTRON wins a TechRadar Pro Picks award at CES 2026, enters mass production and starts its first three-year public-sector lease. The Group completes the sale of its former headquarters property and moves into new headquarters at Siemens Centre, 60 MacPherson Road, Singapore, and Primech A&P earns 2026 LowCarbonSG Gold Leader recognition.
