CSG Industries: Cleaning Chemicals and Supplies
CSG Industries Pte. Ltd. manufactures cleaning chemicals and supplies for the Group’s own operations and for sale to third parties. Primech Holdings acquired an 80% stake in CSG in April 2021, alongside Princeston International, which trades cleaning supplies and disinfection products and provides ad hoc cleaning services.
What CSG Does
- Manufacture of cleaning and hygiene chemicals used across Primech A&P and Maint-Kleen contract sites
- Supply of cleaning chemicals and consumables to third-party customers
- Together with Princeston International, wholesale trading of cleaning supplies and disinfection products
Why It Matters to the Group
In-house manufacturing gives the Group control over the quality, consistency and cost of the consumables used on thousands of sites every day, and supports the Group’s strategy of self-delivering as much of its service as possible.
